operate across Pakistan. We are currently recruiting for Brand
Manager (Flour) for our office based in Karachi.
Job
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies and managing
marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure
that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the
credibility of brands.
- Carrying out market research to keep
up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future
trends.
- Analyzing the success of marketing
campaigns and creating reports.
- Supervising advertising, product
design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and
marketing teams to build a strong relevant brand.
- Translate primary and secondary
research into insights that powers advertising strategies.
- Ideate omni-channel creative campaigns
for offline and online channels.
- Build strategies to effectively
communicate product values across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead content marketing across all
relevant channels and build a strong community.
Qualification:
MBA/BBA in
Marketing or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 03-05 Years’
Proven experience as Assistant / Brand Manager or similar role.
Candidates having
experience in FMCG specifically in Biscuits , Nimko/
Confectionary would be preferred.
Skills:
- Experience in building strong brands.
- Clear understanding of markets, sales
& distribution, competitor activity, consumer & shopper behavior,
category management & business insights in FMCG context.
- Precise attention to detail and
project timeline management.
- Creative thinker and innovator.
